Well here i am as of 5 weeks ago 44.5kgs lost.
Since then I have met the love of my life Neale.
We both since meeting have put on 5kgs but i have got rid of 3.2kgs of that already so nearly back to that lol.
It's amazing what love can do isn't it lol.
I am extremely happy and I think this piccie shows it.
By the way the painting in the back here was done by my friend Tarni who is in a photo lower down the page lol

Now this photo was taken on 17th November last year and we've all changed a little since then but going from left to right you got: mwah, shelley, tarni and vicki.
When we are all together we just have the best fun ever and we just laugh so much.
We also go to the gym as well quite frequently together.
There is a person missing her name is Barb so i'll post one up of her another time lol.

Well as I promised here is a piccie of my boy his real name is "MONSTER" or studmuffin lol.
He lives with his grandparents cause he kept barking at my place.
He really is a very placid animal and when he looks at you he just looks stupid.
But the thing is i love him and that's all that matters lol.

I Won A Medal

Well Look at me now lol. I won the quite achiever award at the gym I go too.
They only have 4 medals they give and it was so unexpected. I'm currently at 37kgs gone and it's slowed up alot but I'm sure that I am losing centimetres and building some muscle. Life is great. I have some wonderful friends that put up with me so they need the medal i think lol.

Well hello,
I had my weigh in yesterday and I lost 2.3kgs.
Which brings it up to 35.1kgs in total WOOHOO.
I am so excited.
New pictures will be coming very very soon.
I am staying on track and looking forward to kicking this fat away this afternoon with a PT session.

Well Hello everyone.
I've finally made it to blogger world.
Well my name is Cassie and I am fat lol.
I have been large all my life and decided to join Weight Watchers in January this year 2006.
This decision was made after I applied for the Biggest Loser TV programme and didn't get in.
I decided that I could and that I would lose weight for me and since January have lost a total of 32.8 kgs and I couldn't be prouder.
I know I have a lot more to lose but what I can do now compared to 10 months ago is amazing.
Things like - don't get breathless walking up stairs
- get excited over a healthy salad
- actually order a healthy meal in a cafe and ask for help
- i could only walk 10mins on the treadmill at the start but now I go to the gym, group classes, bike riding, treadmill and I can do anything (except rpm but we won't go there).
- i am a much happier person and also alot more confident.
